I like to wear cotton underwear while I workout. I change into them before working out... I like to wear new underwear because I get so sweating in my 1 hr 30- 2 hr workout. I sweat like crazy!! My knickers get so wet and moist. These are my favorite workout thongs. I wore them for two hours and they were so moist from my workout.
